This Tamiya 1/35 kit recreates the Sd.Kfz.7/2 half-track with an armoured cab and 3.7 cm Flak 37 anti-aircraft gun. The completed model measures 200 mm long and 70 mm wide. Its complex suspension and detailed gun mount are reproduced, the tailgate can be built raised or lowered, and a plastic protective mesh plus high-explosive and armour-piercing shells are included.
The Sd.Kfz.7/2
The Sd.Kfz.7/2 combined a heavy German half-track chassis with the 3.7 cm Flak 37 to provide mobile anti-aircraft support. The armoured cab version gave the crew additional protection while retaining the vehicle's cross-country mobility.
