About the real subject
The MiG-21R was the tactical reconnaissance version of the MiG-21. Czechoslovakia received its first examples in 1969, primarily for the 47th Reconnaissance Regiment at Pardubice. The aircraft continued in Czech and Slovak service into the 1990s.
