About the real subject
Developed by Nakajima from the A6M2 Model 11, the A6M2-N could operate from water where no airfield was available. Allied forces called it Rufe. It retained the Sakae 12 radial engine and the Zero's combination of two 7.7 mm machine guns and two 20 mm cannon.
