This 1/12 Honda Dax125 Tamiya Limited Edition recreates an exclusive version sold in Thailand.
It features the characteristic T-shaped frame, a detailed 123 cc four-stroke engine, plated parts, a metal rear-shock spring and synthetic-rubber tyres.
The kit can be built as either the Tamiya Limited Edition or a standard Dax125. Decals for both versions and a 1/12 helmet are included.
The Honda Dax dates back to 1969. Its distinctive silhouette and T-shaped frame have remained instantly recognisable through successive generations.
Honda revived the concept with the Dax125, unveiled in March 2022. Its modern design deliberately retains styling cues from the original.
The Dax125 uses a 123 cc single-cylinder engine with a four-speed gearbox that changes gear without manual clutch operation.
Its compact format combines the spirit of the historic model with modern-day usability.
The kit depicts an edition sold exclusively in Thailand, distinguished by a metallic-blue frame and unique Tamiya markings.
Tamiya is a leading Japanese model manufacturer. Its 1/12 Motorcycle Series combines accurate body shapes with detailed engines, frames, suspension, exhaust and braking components. Reference 14142 offers the choice between the standard Dax125 and the unusual Tamiya Limited Edition.
