At Tridipuz.fr / PuMaRC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you benefit from your statutory rights as well as our extended returns policy.
Free returns for 30 days
PuMaRC covers return shipping costs for 30 days from delivery, provided that the product is returned complete, unused and in its original packaging.
Your statutory rights
Under the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Contact us by email or through the website contact form. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete with packaging, accessories and instructions, and must not have been used.
Under the statutory right of withdrawal, return costs are normally paid by the buyer. Tridipuz.fr / PuMaRC has chosen to cover them for 30 days.
Conditions for free returns
- The product must be unused.
- It must be complete, including packaging, accessories, instructions and any parts.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Free return shipping is available once per order.
- A prepaid return label will be sent after your request has been accepted.
How to return an item
- Contact us through the online form or by email and provide your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return label to print.
- Pack the item carefully to protect it during transport.
- Drop off the parcel at the collection point or post office stated in the instructions.
- After receiving the product, or after you provide proof of dispatch, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the original payment method.
Exceptions
Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been opened and used, personalised or made to order, or returned incomplete or damaged after delivery.
